Name: His name means "Soul of Ra is Strong". He ruled for a short period of time, about 3 years.
 

Fact 2 on Userkare:

History: His predecessor was King Teti whose death was the result of a conspiracy which resulted with the pharaoh being murdered by his own bodyguards.
 

Fact 3 on Userkare:

Family: Queen Khent was a lesser wife of King Teti and are they are believed to be the parents of Userkare
 

Fact 4 on Userkare:

Userkare and his mother Queen Khent are suspected of being involved in the conspiracy to murder KIng Teti.
 

Fact 5 on Userkare:

Whether he was involved in the conspiracy or not, Userkare seized the throne, although the rightful heir was his brother, Pepi.
